匈牙利MOL收购埃尼在匈牙利零售网络

埃尼匈牙利公司在匈牙利管理着173个有阿吉普商标的加油站和批发业务。

卖方的有埃尼商标的润滑油业务不包括在这笔交易中。

MOL集团将把阿吉普商标加油站改为MOL商标加油站。此次收购把MOL集团在匈牙利的零售网络增加到了500多个加油站。

MOL acquires Eni retail network in Hungary

MOL Group has acquired Eni Hungaria, which manages 173 Agip-branded service stations and a wholesale business in Hungary.

Excluded from the deal is the seller’s Eni-branded lubricant wholesale business.

MOL will rebrand the Agip stations to its brand. The acquisition increases its retain network to more than 500 service stations in Hungary.
